Wait, if you have the Stone Mask, can't you just open the chest, get the hookshot, hookshot up to the platform and shoot it with the hookshot? I imagine it would save a few chus

@Kzar5678 No. Aveil (the head pirate) sees you even if you have the Stone Mask (and will comment on what a strange mask you're wearing). The whole reason we have to hover is to get above her sight trigger.

I remember that the last time I enter in the hookshot room, the guard find me, even if I put the stone mask.

She say "ll y a un imbécile qui se fait passer pour un cailloux qui veut passer" it means "There's a dummy guy with a stone on his head who wants to pass"

@petrie911 No, you can definitely use a bubble up there. That's how I get the Hookshot in my bowless run.

no. No you can't. For starters, what makes you think that if arrows don't work on them, chus will? Secondly, the guards aren't the ones that spot you when you put on the Stone Mask. Aveil (the leader) is. Her spotting trigger extends over the entire room past the barrels and up to the height of the water in the tank.

Bummer, that means the scene is not related to the hive being killed at all. Guess that means theres a 'projectile sensitive' trigger over the nest or something. Wonder if you could hit the trigger but miss the hive, or something...
