  • when your 5ft with 0muscle gaining a few pounds really shows. Putting muscle on a bare frame is easy, you gain muscle easier, the true test begins after you have a decent amount of muscle on.

  • I do heavy weights for high reps, compound movements, and eat 40-60g protein per meal (6 times) with of course more carbs than protein and its served me pretty well

  • What transformation? You look like a lil kid in both before and after. All you did was grow some abs by actually "growing up" and cutting down your body fat. Good job. If you want to put on ACTUAL MASS, I suggest you look elsewhere.

    At 16 I was 6'5 150 lbs 12% body fat...now I am 21 6'5 220 lbs 10% body fat (just so hormones regulate right). THAT is results.

  • @Guitar4sanity To gain weight, its almost ALWAYS what you eat. Many people say they are hardgainers, but its really because they haven't eaten enough or the right foods. When it comes to bulking up, its eating more than your body uses and burns off daily. You need to have your macro's set up as 20/40/40 fat/carb/protein (or what works best for you) 20/30/50 is also standard. You need to eat every 3 hours and consume the total calories in a day divided by 6 for that meal.

  • @Guitar4sanity So for me, at this moment, I need about 4,300 kcal a day to continually gain 1 lb per week. This 1 lb is not going to be immediate muscle, but fuel for hormones, muscle, etc to allow for an anabolic state.

    So 4300/6 = 716kcal per meal. Of that 716 ...20% is essential fats, 40% is complex carbs, and 40% is quality protein...not muscle milk.

    Or you could stagger your calories and have certain meals with carbs and others with fats, but protein is ALWAYS.

  • @Guitar4sanity One more note, muscle milk is full of estrogen, saturated fats, and casein. If you want no results and big bitch tits....drink/eat this.

    If you want GUARANTEED results, buy a high-quality whey isolate like ONs Gold Standard 100% Whey, Isopure Zero-Carb, or Wheybolic Extreme 60...those have all had HUGE results with me, and I highly recommend them. Price = quality = results.

    There is so much info out there, if you really want to rock it, you just gotta do your research & learn!

  • @Guitar4sanity i used muscel milk 1 container i workedout last summer i got some nice results all i used was 15 pound dun bells a curl bar to workout my forarms and push ups sit ups i did this everyday from 9 to 10 at night workout it actually works and i took after but i never took it before just after and i would put a raw egg in 2 you should try it just buy the one that has 300 calories im 5'9 and weight 145

Its a good thing that it takes so long since it means that its rare and has more imact when women see you.   • @josbballer Thanks man! yea the crazy thing is that I didn't even count my calories..I just winged it...I don't know if you've seen my other video on my channel but I am not starting another program and this time I am counting calories and I am trying to bulk up and I am going to be eating around 3,500 calories per day..

    One of the big changes that I made was that I was going to drink ONLY water...and take in minimal sugar...the only time I ate something with alot of sugar was after my workout
