its verry simple you just need to play his saga you will get some items there go to item fusion and fuse the items and you wil get brolly iwill tell you wich items are for each form for broly

broly (normal form)= son of paragus + hatred of goku

brolly ( super sayin)= brolly + super sayin

brolly (legendary super sayin)= super sayin brolly + break through the limit
