Sure looks like cliff collapse has exposed tunnel structures and artificial caverns? The one rectangular ridge jutting out has what looks like windows but are really huge exposed tunnel gates photoed from a high satellite vantage point. Yup, Mars ruins!
I see sand dunes formed in intricate patterns by the wind. There are no tracks or ruins whatsoever.

I would say that is caused by an ice age.
There might of been an ice age in Mars when it still had a magnetic field (if it had).
