@NinjaAssassin119 if you don't resume your game, then it'll reset the whole campaign. I had this problem before but, make sure you're at the right building. There are many buildings that look exactly alike.

I went to the exact same building as you

1.) If you changed your difficulty, skull settings, or score display when you had a saved game file, it will delete your progress.

2.) Open up your city map, if you still see any blue ripples, that means you haven't completed those missions.

That's all I can think of... if it's none of those listed above, I'm sorry buddy but you might have to start the whole campaign all over agian :(
