How can you say he's the worst Whaler ever? He was a great asset to that club on and off the ice. He was there from the beginning and had a good career. He deserved to be captain and was made captain for good reasons. Just as he was in junior in Niagara Falls.
I think when you look at the history of the club he made a huge,positive contribution and therefore his number should have been retired! :-P
Rick Ley is the worst Whaler even He never deserved having his number retired ... he stripped Ron Francis of his captaincy ... he sucks and should brought out infront of the Civic and stoned by a crowd of angry season ticket holders ... bottom line worst whaler ever
