I am a stickler about form, but I think that it is totally acceptable to have your AEROBICS class do a combo like this. It keeps the heart rate up and so long as there is no significant risk of injury, it's fine.
this kinda needs a diffirent name; cardio part is ok but not realy kickboxing (or any other MA) if done like this.... :(
In before the flames:
For a martial artists doing any form of kick, punch, trow or whatever is useless if you can't keep your form and do it to your very best. Training something half hearted is training to do something wrong. Each move should be should be done during training as if it was your last. So cardio training this maybe but should not have the name of any MA :(
