It would arguably be more correct to call the Z32 a '90s car, despite the fact that it came out in Japan in 1989. The Z31 is wholly an '80s vehicle. But to be fair to his consistency, he did mention that the lineup of Z cars ranged from the 240Z from the '60s, which made its debut in 1969 Japan.

@canammx1 Mildly modded. Motorsport 6-2-1 header, Mikuni sidedraft carbs. Isky cam and a hot ignition... it was nice. Never got around to swapping the 4 speed out.

it all has to do with the emissions standards that were set, they stopped importing in '96 cause it cost too much, and performance was decreased cause they burn too much fuel
