I think Jasmine is amazing, at least potentially. What she showed on American Idol is only the tip of the iceberg. She auditioned for the wrong season. If she waited one year, she would have made the top 10. If she waited two years, she would have won American Idol.

I am not 16 and I too have been in the music industry for ten years and doing very well. Megan did not have the attitude for this contest, her singing was off key more often than not and I know Simon personally and his pride was not bruised. He was pissed off because she had so little regard for what anyone said to her. Its a contradiction to say She didnt suck and then agree that she had two bad weeks. She sucked. She's not a sucky singer, she just failed to be consistent. Simon didnt over do it, they knew that they were only saving one before anyway so even if Anoop was last, he was going to be eliminated.
