Hollywood has careless casting for african american rolls. it's like we need a big black guy,! oh, I know... call The Green Mile Guy (Michael Clark Duncan) because you're so used to seeing him now, you'll look at what he symbolizes and bypass accepting him playing anymore rolls with substance so that the focus of attention can be on who ever they're trying to make a star for their own little twisted reasons.

Loved the TV series. Hated the movie. They should have pulled the original crew together for the movie but they never seem to do that, as it would make too much sense. As many people who loved (and STILL love) Miami Vice you'd have though they would have at least put some cameo's in there. And the music . . . . well, let's just say that bombed as well. They could have had Jan Hammer score the movie but again, that just would have made way too much sense . . .
