Yes, but Zeromus is the incarnation of hatred, not just the remnant of Zemus. And after Zeromus EG is defeated, he states that he was unaware of individuals capable of defeating him. Coupled with him stating that it's been a while since he's seen humans, it's possible he annihilated worlds where human-like beings evolved before becoming sealed by the Lunarians.

No, she is not. She is just weaker than Sephiroth. JENOVA and her will always exist. The will doesn't depend on the brain in Final Fantasy VII. And her will is active. That is all. She can do what she wants, so she can fight the heroes four times after Sephiroth has ripped off some parts of her body and after he has reunited her.

That Sephiroth is stronger, controls the cells and controls the abilities does not mean that JENOVA's will and soul is completely blocked.

Also, I have a request for Duodecim (when it comes out). Her Amano alt has brown hair, which is extremely unfaithful to her Amano art. Think you could make it white and then offer it for download?

@Sephiroth7734 Tifa's 3P isn't actually directly based on her Amano art, it's her second costume from Ehrgeiz, which was loosely based on the Amano art, thus the brown hair. I was going to recolour her hair anyway, but now I'll make it my first Duodecim reskin. Well, after Vincent.

@Netherit : They're both based on the Amano art, but the difference between that and this is that the new one features one large suspender strap instead of two thin ones, so it isn't completely a recolor.
