Using rigid attachment to multiple trees like this is no good for the trees or the tree house. I'd like to know if this tree house is still standing and what the health of the trees is
I like how they say building a tree house is easier than you think, and then they have an entire construction team do it. It wouldn't be so easy if you did that by yourself!
I also agree with the last two comments. You aren't supposed to attach the base directly to the tree when using more than one tree, you need move-able joints that can bend with wind and growth.
I think if you use more than one tree you should not !attach platform to trees-trees move in wind and grow and with time create problems ...nice video thou ,btw I was in one of your networks shows :10 thing you should know...u guys are great!
You shouldn't actually attach it to the tree's because the tree's will continue to grow and it WILL eventually tweak your entire structure... GREAT Treehouse however!!
Most houses:
Kid: Dad, can we build a treehouse??
Dad: Sure, lets go!
*Kid holds box of nails while dad builds*
My house:
*Family comes home*
Me: I got board and started a treehouse. I'm about a quarter way done.

i use one tree that is split into 3 branches at the base of the tree
