For the chords it's :

Verse : Dm / Am / F / Am / F / Dm / then like a "G" chord but with the bass in B and finally Am

CHorus : F then like a "D"chord but the fingers in 5/6/5 instead of 2/3/2 but like the D chords you let the D string ring and G

At the end of the song the last chord is not a G chord, but Am
