I see today (8/22/09) the in high Plock town is 59F.
It's interesting to note that Plocton appears to be at nearly the same latitude as Oslo and farther north than where I live in upstate New York which has no palm trees!
Don't kick yourself too hard, there is always next year! You will also have to be lucky with the weather as we were, makes all the difference. I think this was the first time it wasn't raining when visiting Plockton.
Excellent video again... nice roadside camera video work ,and "This is me" , guess u were one of the few riders not to acknowledge pete filming :) hmm you feel guily now ? thanx

Check out my latest video - Plockton tour May 2009 movie.
You will see 5 or 6 Palm trees! These are due to the effects of the Gulf stream and Fohn effect. Google palm trees Plockton for more info.....

I am usually on the other side of the lens and no i don't feel guilty.
I was trying to keep composed for the camera!
and focused on the road ahead - did it work?
