YES!!! I've been looking for a video like this one for a long time. How do you have a regulated voltage supply for the LEDs? I am considering making a similar unit for my vehicle's headlamps.

It was horrible! I just ordered 2 Cree 3W Headlamps at dealextreme.

Thats alot of heat (watts)to manage. How did you heat sink so the LEDs would not exceed their Tj?

U can see little radiator in the middle of video. It's 86C with it and 54 with fan.
