Poor guy, the fact that he tried to SAVE his wife is ENOUGH proof that he's innocent. It doesn't make sense, would a guilty man try to revive his victim and risk going to prison for attempted murder?
After the appeals court denied the prosecution's request to have the guilty verdict stand, Ryan has been released from jail and is now preparing for a new trial.
