  • when you are redy to pas qute and you are shaking , it means the training worked right? had to skip 2 of te ekseriste , the last one and reverse push ups beccose i have a problem with my left arm, but i figre i feel it in the morning , what mucsuls i burn , and does this help with burning fat?

  • The toe driver is awesome! A suggestion, to make it more difficult or unstable (so that the core can work harder), hold weight in one or both hand. I did the cross toe push up with weight on back, it not just increase the weight for the push up, it also make my core work harder to stable the weight when I touch my toe. Well done Scott! I love this type of workout.

    if it was your first try with a different or more demanding workout - wait until it recovers, it shouldn't take more than a week (no saunas or stuff like that during this time, personal experience)

    It hurts because the muscle tissue had been ripped and/or strained. For example you broke your femur - you wait for it to heal more or less before using it? Right ?:)

  • Hey Scott - I'm not sure where this question goes but I've been having a discussion with my friends about soreness after working out. I work out regularly and notice my muscles are usually sore the next day. That's good but should I always be sore, even if I've been on the same general routine for a while? My friends aren't sold on it but I think its a a good sign...as long as its not a sign I'm not getting enough protein or food. I like your approachable and down to earth videos!

  • Your dead fish routine is a lot different than mine. The way I do it is I lie there and maybe work on a crossword puzzle while the other person does their business. I'm pretty sure it's the dead fish routine that I am doing, because the other person almost always refers to it that way after they're finally finished with what they're doing.

  • I don't know Scott, this workout looks too intense for me....especially the one where you get up w/ one leg.....i don't think i'm that coordinated.....i can see my self falling on my face or backwards or something lol. Yeah, i think l'll leave this one to the guys in the military and other strong guys like you......although you are very very strong.

    Good exercises btw! I learned some I never heard of. I'm always amazed when trainers come out with new moves when I thought the wheel was already invented.

  • When its a exercise that you use your own weight. Just go in till failure. Also remember to warm up. But don't kill your self for the first two sets, but for the last set always go till you cant take it anymore.
