actually this can happen easily. I race in series and sometimes I have to take passenger (be it a friend or just someone at the track asking nicely) who wants to "feel" the race car, learn the track, etc. They usually have to visit sick bags after just a few fast laps. It is the constant changing lateral and braking g forces and the fear at the speed into the corners that make them feel sick.
