This was actually a land-spout, which is a little different from a tornado. The reason being is that it didn't produce a lot of damage and that it never topped 70 mph on the Fujita scale. They had a segment on the weather channel that interviewed the people who got this footage, which was recorded in Eastern Kansas.

@devilchild4526 It's the same tornado, just no condensation at ground level. The funnel cloud in the sky at the 0:26 mark is pointing right to the spot where the dust is being kicked up. Some tornadoes are completely invisible and it can cause confusion, people may think it's a dust devil, as a lot of the comments on this video have shown. You are one of the few who noticed the condensation funnel, most of the viewers miss it. The only reason I noticed is because I've been storm chasing myself.

This was actually either a gustnado or a landspout. You can clearly see it wasn't associated with a supercell storm. Note how transparent its tube is and is mostly made of the dust from the landscape and not from condensed water vapor (cloud).

That's why they had balls, if it had been a true tornado, they would not be able to outrun and never approach that close.
