I just talked to a Penetron rep on the phone.

He was very curt, & after 1 minute decided he didn't want to help me. Evidently, they don't want to waste time dealing with "lowly" homeowners.

I suggest contacting the folks at Xpex. It's the same basic product, and they will actually help you.
