You know what sickens me? Smokers. I was in the car with my aunt, uncle, and cousins. They were all sitting there hacking as they smoked. They had the windows rolled up. I sit there reminding them that I have severe asthma, and this smoked filled car is going to cause me to pull our my inhaler. Their response? "We sure as hell ain't rolling down the windows. It smells good. And we sure as hell ain't putting them out." I get this from people I barely know too.

My dad has been smoking for 30 plus years and he is still alive and kicking plus cancer free.

so... what the hell? I'll take these adds more serious once he drops dead from smoking.

My mom smokes, and ive tried for almost 6 yeard to make her quit. She won't she says it relieves stress, which really it causes more stress. High blood pressure ect. I'm just to the point to give up, if she dies it won't be my fault, atleast i tried to help her quit.. I can't do anything about it):

Another idea:

Do you have any children? If so, how do you think they might react to your having a heart attack and dying, leaving them without a parent? Or maybe you might have the attack right in front of them. How would you feel, knowing that you will be writhing on the floor as your child stands/sits there shocked and traumatized?

Of course, man, I'm just kidding. I do smoke but I wish I wouldn't, I'm actually quitting next Thursday, and I will not be able to smoke for 2 months straight, and I'm not going to be dumb and start again at the first chance I get like most people. And this is only because I'm concerned for my own health and I don't want my parents to have to pick out a coffin for me. :)

Thank you so much. It's been a month so far. I had some pretty bad cravings the first three weeks or so, but it's pretty much gone and I feel much better. And I have more stamina already :)
