  • Thanks dudette that really helped me ^^

  • I tired to do this 7 times and I still don't get it :/

  • i got scared at da start of da vid wiv her face

  • This doesn't work as well with a scarf... :(

  • @ohyee23 no you can't swim with a bandage on.

  • all wrong. even the way she is holding the wrap.

  • @yurimontemar wat are you a fucking nurse?

  • U need to clean ur big toe

  • You are forcing the inversion of the ankle, don't you?

  • Thanks this video is one year old, yet so useful for me today! I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago, I heard a nasty CRUNCH, couldn't wallk for 3 days, but now it's fine just still a little swelling, i should've wrapped it a while ago....

  • thank you for helping poor cluesess me!

  • hey i heard you can wrap your feet like that to make it smaller. is that true?

  • it has never made my feet any smaller. so.. probably just a myth.

  • @LOTNTea nahhh Chinese women in the old days would bind their feet to make them smaller. so it is true but it didnt make it smaller just permanently wrapped thier feet and toes under one another

  • @MrTank116 Actually, they broke their toes, then bound them. This was to stunt the growth of the feet and keep them small. Mainly so that women could not run away. Men basically owned women. Their families usually sold them.

  • @LOTNTea well you know what i mean lol i dont want a textbook definiton. im just getting the basics ;)

  • @LOTNTea Please actually research your subject before you post, chinese society is a extremely complex one and saying that women had bound feet "mainlyt" so they could not run away is too simple an explanation.

  • @GRANDBERRY1988 if you mean like to reduce swelling, then yea.

  • @GRANDBERRY1988 Asian are doing it, they wrap something around babies's feet and when they grow it doesn't make the feet grow, so it's stay small

  • Hey can i swim with the bandage on??

  • @ohyee23 no you cannot, but if you want to swim with it you can wrap it with duct tape

  • @ohyee23 it isnt possible if its self stick or clip becuz the stickiness would wear down and the clips would fall out but they do make waterproof wraps butt if you dont have one wrap it in a blastic bag or buy a cover and treat it like a cast

  • omg i sprained it again can u check out my vid i got a vid of it this time and i cant walk or i will experience alot of pain ALOT!! do you think its a sprain or something else can u chek my vid

  • this worked thanks alot for all your help :)

  • i have a question i twisted my ankle today and i can walk but after like 10 seconds it starts to hurt and at first its blue than it turns purple so wtf?

  • Its probably a minor sprain or maybe a pinched nerve, i would wrap it anyway, and ice it. until you can walk on it normally without it hurting, I hope that helps.

  • thanks, this really helped me a lot, since I just twisted my ankle earlier today

  • Thank you so much! This was my first time wraping my foot and this was very helpful!

  • Good job. I didn't know they had self stick bandages. The ones I have, have little clips that hold it together.

  • So do the ones that i usually use, but my mom had this special one for her wrist that she got from the doctor, she let me use it.

  • u can get sticky ones at like walgreens or walmart
