I'm not a specialist at all, but like with martial arts if you continue at for instance punching/breaking boards, after a while you don't bruise or not as easily anyhow... could it be the same for this?? IDK, just a thought...

Hey hey!! Congratulations! I really like the knee hold because it's one of those things that looks impossible--like, how the heck does she stay up there? Yours looked real nice. I think everybody has a goofy spot like that somewhere. For years I'll throw out my treadmill shoes, cuz only the LEFT shoe pops a huge rip in the side. It's like a bony spike just wants to pop that shoe open. Right shoe, no problem, LOL! It's funny, but kind of crazy!

It doesn't hurt anymore either so I think you will get to that pint as well... man I am so jealous of that superman that you do in combo with the knee hold as I have no graceful exit from my knee hold and an old back/shoulder blade area injury seems to prevent me from doing the superman... yours looks so FAB!
I too mastered the shoulder mount a while ago and am now trying to get that special little spot on the knee hold that doesn't hurt quite sooo much. Well done!

youll find that spot... the first few months i would do this move, i would have a baseball size bruise on my shin. I started doing it right below the knee cap and it seems to be my sweet spot. Keep searching, its there yall!!!

hey girl, you got it so good, so 'seemingly' we must use that term, lol, 'easy', but to me this one just was the hardest dang thing! eventhough the knee high boots did nothing to help me, in terms of any 'good feelin' on this one, lk the thigh highs add alil protection and even then i couldnt really get it, and it hurt so i tried with the boots i practiced in which were too low to help, then nothin and shoes to see if i was dreamin lol:) ur a great friend thanks again!!
