yo dude i live in VA and go to busch gardens alot and i have seen the construction on were the BBW used to be. if they make excalty like you made this, it would be awesome!!! just a couple more big drops would be in my favor. dont listen to the dislikes dude this pretty good "like"
@PHILLYPHAN423 I've only been to BGW once, but it's my second favorite amusement park. This would be sweet but unfortunately, the plans were leaked and it's nothing like this. The ride is going to be MUCH more tame and will feature more of a "dangerous forest" theme instead of the "old, unused dangerous road" theme that this portrayed. And we think the event building will have special weather effect and a vertical drop element similar to the one on TH13TEEN at Alton Towers.
At the very last drop you will come out of the broken bridge into a tunnel that goes underwater thats clear and then you will come back and do 2 helixs
it will come out of that building for a few twists in simular layout to big bad wolf, then the second launch will kick in bringing you up 94 feet, the same height as bbw's second lift hill, go through a tunnel with a surprise inside (not sure what) then that epic drop towards the rhine river (the footers are already in place at bgw) with the same twisted ending layout as bgw. It will be insane!
i found out a few exciting things for those of you that are curious. It's a multi launched coaster by Zierer (their only coaster is Wicked at Lagoon, which has a vertical launch and is a huge success), not Intamin. So it will look like Intamin, but with circle supports, not nearly as ugly as those square ones. It is themed after an autobahn chase through the dark forest, and there is a "event building" which is rummered to have a track drop, like thirteen at alton towers.
you did an awesome job - dont mind the haters, i would love to see them try to make something like this - even if it isnt exactly like verbolten, who cares! it is still awesome!
@coasterguycrf89 I'm working on a full recreation of the leaked plans right now. You can see more of that on the RCTLounge forums. But yeah, it would be awesome of it were like this.
If you wanna here info on coaster reed this coment
the rollercoaster is about a car ride your driveing away from a evil sperit AKA the big bad wolf at the end where the bridge is you run into a broken bridge thats what i know so far
@Enivekdax17 I should have put that in the description, but I am fully aware of what is happening with Verbolten. I am currently working on another version that will feature the bavarian architecture, the spooky themed building, the drop (look at my coaster Shaman to see how it will be done) and the themed bridge. This was made before the leak if you look at the date, and it was just a concept. I actually designed this to look like Intamin trackwork.
@Enivekdax17 I know! And I love the dark theme of the ride! The stuff inside the event building reminds me of the movie "The Spiderwick Chronicles" with the leaves and such. I have finished the trackwork on the recreation, now I need to do supports and theming. And that means attempting the BBW station.
@hoopsnyoyo15 Kind of. The only thing they have in common is that they are both LSM multi-launchers. Cheetah Hunt was made by Intamin, Verbolten will be made by some German company called Zierer. Cheetah Hunt is more of a boarderline ride between thrill rides and families. From what I saw in the Verbolten plans, it will be more of a plain family coaster. Look up TH13TEEN at Alton Towers to get an idea of what it may be like intensity wise. Oh, I seem to be running out of space.
@hoopsnyoyo15 Anyway, the big difference is that Verbolten will feature a 15,000 square foot themed building that will be themed to look like an evil forest. At the end of the indoor part, from what we can see (it's not stated directly on the plans, this is just how I read them) there is a pair of hands that grasps the train, and it will take a TH13TEEN-style freefall drop followed by a second or third launch. This is inaccurate because I made it before the plans were leaked.
I saw you were trying to create the "events building" in it, but you can only do so much with RCT3. And this ride was quite too long. Cheetah hunt will be like 1 min 10 seconds, this was 3 minutes +.
So, closer to what the real thing will be (probably), but until more deets come out, it's kinda just quesswork. Still, good job!
@OinzCEO17 I just measured it, and it was about ten seconds. The video is long because of the queue, the story, and the day and night POVs. And how was the reproduction of the site? I didn't get to ride Big Bad Wolf when we were there because it was almost time for the show we scheduled and my mom (who hates anything that moves, pretty much) wanted to ride Curse of DarKastle one more time. I didn't complain because it's my favorite dark ride, but I still wish we could have ridden BBW.
Cool :D! The part with "Ready, Set, SCHNEEL" reminds me of the "Auf Wiedersehen" part of the infamous opening of "Matterhorn Bobsleds" at Disneyland! BTW, can ziplines twist/turn?
@roberts424 There is a full scale zipline in Mexico called AvatarOne I believe that has hills and turns and such. I am working on a way to add turns to small scale ones, but I'm nowhere close to getting the design right. And I plan to do a parody of Verbolten called "Oh Crap, Jarrett's Driving!" sometime soon. It will feature pictures of driving fails that I have made, including my favorite attempt at parking where it is 25 percent in one space and 75 in another.
@2012jarrett Ok, thanks! I'm planning to do something similar to that for my suspended coaster (which I plan to call "Mutant"). LOL, that sounds funny XD! BTW, how are the policy trailers coming along? Only 2 days left :O!
@roberts424 Mutant? Pretty good name. And there's no way I'm getting the policy trailers done. Sorry. And I find out the results of the pretzel contest tomorrow! That's when I see if I go to Tampa!
@2012jarrett Thanks :)! That's ok. I'm probably going to extend the contest though because there haven't been any entries yet, and the home theater won't even begin construction until months from now. Ok, don't forget to tell your subscribers!
