This footage is impressive but punch bags and trainers with focus mitts dont fight back. He is in GSPs weight class in UFC its one thing being training fit its a completely different level putting it into practice. Punch bags and mitts for show THE CAGE for pros.

Pretty sure showing your skills in the cage is more for show and testing yourself than training on the bags or mitts. Also, the mitt-holders sometimes do fight back. I know my instructor gives me a good smack upside the head if I don't keep my hands up.

I believe Scott has what it takes to win TUF. Give him 12 months training & he would destroy any top 10 ufc fighter. Not just Scott but every martial artist with his ability. REAL martial artists dont compete. REAL martial artists dont use their skills 4 money & fame. The only advantage UFC fighters MAY have over non competing martial artists is they have better conditioning & wont fatigue as easily, they have control over their emotions so they wont freeze up with fear, wont get angry & wont panic. They train daily so strikes & techniques become second nature.....BUT 99% of MMA fighters have sloppy technique. Conditioning & Experience are easier to get than technique. It takes many years to learn technique...Scott has better technique than anyone in MMA.
