@Propermoney i guess your right im just getting frustrated by people like that. @Thegraveyardscene im dutch so just read and understand the message and dont mind the spelling.
OMG! Ditto, Ditto, Ditto this is definately in my all time top ten! I feel so blessed to be of my generation, to have experienced real musical talent and life both before, and being apart of the techno revolution, I wouldn't trade places with the kids of today for all the xboxes and iphones in the world!!
Doogla, why must he be a white man, and why should you even mention colour? He (or she) could just be simple minded, or even a hopeless piece of trash without any colour at all.
Get off your soapbox and enjoy this great music, chill out !
He must be a frustrated, ignorend and simpleminded white man. Just check your history and even the present still and if you still comment the same than you are a hopeless piece of white trash. (No offence against all critical thinking and open minded (white)people). Ps beautiful song!!!
Simply wonderful - I remember playing this in the dark after midnight, more than twenty years ago. As fresh now as then, but Christ alone knows where the time went. Still, I'm glad I'm not young now - they can't even spell 'music'.
This is one of those tunes that for some reason always brings me back to time it was playing on the airwaves. Heard it on 101.7 WFNX back in the mid to late 80s.
A new arrangement of this song, with new lyrics, isavailable on the new Steve Skaith Band album 'Latin Quarter Revisited'. Out next year but already downloadable from various legitimate sources.
@Audio4You It was originally released in 1985 as the previous comment stated. It was re-released in early 1986, where it made no. 19 in the UK charts.

A British radio station (Signal Radio) banned this because they thought listeners would think they had tuned into an African radio station.
