That story reminds me of my cat. Somebody had burned him with acid, when we found him, his wounds were similar. Fortunately his eyes weren't affected and he didn't need an operation. But the fur in his face, never grown back. We don't know who did this to him, but today is totally healthy again.

The vet where we got her from said that she wasnt going to make it when we got her they told us that but she made it and lived just like this kitten. :) You did a very good deed when most others would have ran away form the problem saying that it isnt their responsibility and such. This is so touching. I work at the Humane Society, and I've seen my share of bad things, but this absolutely made me want to break down and cry. The little baby was so beautiful, and to think how horrible he must have felt... but never losing his enthusiasm. That's more than any human would do. This kitten has more courage than me.

@linzee101 As the video said, no one did this on purpose, it was probably injured by a car starting after he had crawled into the engine compartment to keep warm - this happened to my cat, although the injury was not nearly as bad. His nose was broken and he was missing some fur and part of one ear, lucky compared to this little guy. You would be surprised how common this is. But yes, people who harm animals are sick.
