what do you mean by "reflect thingy"??... if you mean the parry then its done by pressing X and forward/backwards just as the attack is about to connect.

A smart person would have looked at when the video was put up first. They would have then realized that the video was put out before the game was released. Also the annotations clearly state that the person playing has no skill with that particular character. You shouldnt make judgements about someones play style on a 3 month old video.
