This deserves legendary status. Fucking amazing game. Sorry for the language but "Amazing" really needs emphasis for a gem of a game like this. I still have the original, and listening to this tune makes me want to play it again. Looks like I know what i'm gonna be doing tonight.

I still have this game...it is awesome...I still havent completed it...the first last boss, the firs one, is a pain in the ass....but man this game was and is awesome...they should remake it....and completely right off the sequel which was a load of crap....¬.¬

I fucking hate it when there are awesome games like this which are so underrated.

Seriously most people i know have never heard of it(in fact i have never met anyone who knows it) even though its obviously 1 of the best ps1 games and the system, the story and the soundtrack are all things above most of the ps3 games.

This is 1 of my favourite games of all time, along with ape escape, with the great gameplay and story mixed with very good music, it made for a very good playing experience

@chrystianons OMG, It's only the most awesome game with monsters ever. It's seriously like your monsters are literally evolving after a few generations of fusion! :O Only downside is the main character is only good for capturing monsters in combat. Especially later in the game. "Now I'm capture this monster- Whoops, I missed. Game over." x.x

Not exactly true. That may be the case most of the game but when you acquire some decent armor and accessories, as well as gathering a good horde of life increasing seeds through farming, the main character could be as strong as a monster itself. Of course I can only speak from personal experience since my character has defence and life equal to the third strongest monster in my party.

it not a pokemon clone, pokemon sucks and this game realy owns. i never found a better game for the ps1 then this. great story line and fantastic memories
