  • This episode always freaked me out....lol

  • It's amazing how such a little cut can cause so much damage!

  • Doc Baker said he'd return for the pie. Why didn't he? Caroline was sick and he saw it and he didn't come back =(

Love doc Baker btw. Wish he was my doctor lol

  • 9:47 I dont think I have ever seen the Ingall's house from that angle

  • i am loving all of these,i remember watching them as a child.thankyou x

  • 3:37 camera guy shadow in lightning effect upon her

  • OH NO! OH COWWW! lol! love her annoyance

  • She's wearing Charles' night-shirt! ROTFL

  • I feel soo bad for Caroline! She was in so much pain, she couldn't even sleep. (Not even in her own bed)! She drank half the bottle of perrighoric (pain med?). Poor woman!!

  • Dr. Baker really needed help, as far as having another doctor available!! He was all by himself! I remember the episode 'Dark Sage', with the other black doctor. It's a shame he wasn't available in this episode!! He could've saved Caroline!

  • Does anyone know what caused her to collapse? Maybe from her cut on her leg-the pain?

  • @kris39100 I think the cut was infected by the rusty dirty wire that caused the cut in the first place. I think its called tomaine poison (or ptomaine poison). It can produce fever and extreme sickness. She really needed a tetonus shot or something. Doctor Baker would have caught it if he wasnt called away by that other guy with the kid that broke his arm. People can die from that kind of poisoning.

  • @kris39100 yes, and a fever im guessing

  • Makes you wonder, if she would've just kind of ignored the cow and just stayed indoors, if the infection still would've progressed.

  • What Doctor Baker said in the first part about folks waiting until it's too late before getting help: I know exactly what he means.

I'm a paramedic and we once had a cancer patient who never complained about any of her symptoms, b/c she didn't wanna bother her husband.

So she said nothing at all for months while the cancer progressed to a stage that was too late to combat when she finally talked.

I thought the husband was a jackass.

His attitude of hating ANY complaints contributed to her death.

  • @vickiormindyb It's horrible! This woman was brave until the end and her husband was selfish. She didn't want to bother her husband but when you love someone deeply,if her husband truly loved her he shoul have helped her.It wasn't her fault if she contracted a cancer. It is very sad!!

  • Yeah I've heard thunderstorms like that. They are truly frightening. Especially if they are right up over you. They sound like the roof is going to cave in. And cows do stupid things like stand out in the rain hahahahaha :)

  • @arleiabellewen: That's right, we've had a few of those in my place too. The rain poured so much that the water run into the basement of the bank at the corner of my street and damaged the server with all kinds of important data on it. Three days later another thunderstorm came - and it happened again!

  • why was the cow standing out in the rain in the first place?

  • i've never heard of that many thunders before.

  • I'm pretty sure that's shown to demonstrate part of the delirium Caroline is experiencing, but actually, if you've ever been through a hurricane...I've seen storms where the thunder really is that bad and frequent. The sound and flash can make a full-grown adult terrified. During a storm I experienced as a kid, the thunder was so loud, my mom was certain that it was the several trees around our house crashing and falling into the roof.
