I have no idea. He's voice in The Lost Frontier was an awful mistake. I think the guy in the game wasn't "real" Jak. (But in PS Move Heroes he's voice actor is Mike Erwin again! :3 I'm SO glad about that.)

The only problem i have with this game is the fact that it doesn't look like Jak and Daxter. The art style is completely different. If you don't belive me just look at Jak 3 or Jak X. His shoulders are too wide and it looks really cartoony after they did the whole dark thing

you can tell it's not fake because of the voices, in this video Jak is still voiced by Mike Erwin, and Daxter by Max Casella; both the video and the lines have not appeared in any of the past games, nor were there any concept art of Jak in those clothes aver released BUT if you look at the new screenshots for Jak & Daxter: the Lost Frontier on IGN or GameSpot you will see a resemblance.

I can't guaranty that the video will appear in the final product but the new Jak game is officially announced

this game is not Jak IV (not yet confirmed) for the PS3, it's Jak & Daxter: the Lost Frontier (confirmed) for the PSP and PS2, and NaughtyDog has nothing to do with this (at least not with this game) because they don't do PSP games, High Impact Games is the one working on it.

you do realize that this is just a ruff up of the cutscene, not the complete thing, they have yet to add the background, vocal alignment to the lips, movement timing, and textures to name just a few, this is kind of like a "making of " movie.

from sketch to finish, this cutscene in particular is still ruffly 50-60% done, it still needs detail work, but when it's finished I think it will look better then Daxter for the PSP.

more specifically it's a PSP game and it's going to be ported to the PS2, it's developed by High Impact Games the same guys who made Ratchet & Clank: Size Matters for the PSP and then ported it to the PS2 and also Secret Agent Clank for the PSP, I was a bit worried that NaughtyDog was not the company developing it but since High Impact Games has experience with the PSP and Ratchet and Clank series it's all good.

On second thought I wold have liked Ready at Dawn st. since they made Daxter.

just like Treason85 I also have a PS3, for a log time even, and have been keeping an eye on the game media especially on the playstation, NaughtyDog is the company who made the Jak series with the exception of Daxter for the PSP that was made by Ready at Dawn st., NaughtyDog made no announcement of a new Jak game, if they wold it be on the PS3, but they are working on Uncharted 2 for the time being.

they wouldnt give a hint at a game that comes after two other games in the series, if there was gunna be a hint, it would be to jak 3, if people found that glitch before jak 3 came out with any trailers, then they would probably think that it was a hint for the third game, but it isnt.
