Hi just watched you video, i am a physio and would like to point out that the exercise you call popcorn was a gym exercise used in the early 90's until people relied it courses more DAMAGE to the discs in you back than any good it will do for your abs, please research this before some one gets injured.

Very nice. I did the first leg circles exercise and the yoga popcorn, and my lower abs are depleted. I will incorporate these into my martial arts workouts.
these exercises do look easy.. but they actually arent... bof increases your bodys rate of metabolism and it makes you sweat like hell.... you are simply awesome anmol.... bhagwaan tumhara bhala karay(may god bless you)
I commented one of your last videos and i also enjoyed this one im glad i found it for my AB work. I need flat stomach. Well Flater for modeling so i hope these will really help me out.
As unconvencional as it is it seems, it also seems as it really works the abs, i am introducing myself to yoga and also wanting grow muscular and I will sure try this xercise

by putting the hands under the butt hes making the exercise far less effective for the stomach muscles.The hands should be at the lumbar spine and a neutral spinal position kept throughout.The chakra stuff is mumbo jumbo.The guy knows jack about conditioning.
Thanks for the advice, but i dont think the chakra stuff had anything to do with the way he exerciced it,anyways do you think its a bad exercice or that it can be improveD?
the leg lifting stuff is good except do as I said with the hands.Also do some rotational work and back extensions and your good to go.If you were doing deadlifts,power cleans,push presses,chin ups and lunges youd never have to do abs exercises normally.

Have you ever looked up Kegel exercises?
I've been doing them for years, and they improved my sex life in a huge way.
As far as Yoga is concerned, I think Mula Bandha is the closest thing.
Other than those, most general exercises that improve your health will also improve your libido and sex life.
