Not true- Dems have the majority in a geographical area stretching from Cleveland to Erie, PA, down through Pittsburgh, and west to Columbus. Youngstown, where I'm from, is roughly 60 miles from both Pittsburgh and Cleveland, and is considered one of Ohio's most formidable Dem strongholds.
