The answer is not increasing Pell Grants but significantly reducing if not eliminating Student Aid. Student aid increases increases demand and allows schools to raise prices. So too many students go to school at a cost that is costing our whole country too much.
I am in a ton of debt, I was stupid, wish I would have known then what I know a couple leaders.
