You know I really ought too haha. The machine is far more impressive in the state that I have it in now than it was way back when I made the video. I'm not sure when I'll get around to it, but I'd like too. The previous motors and drivers were absolutely horrid. My new setup allows me to accurately position at 120IPM, so less than 1 second per tool change, and I've found a way to make the Z axis more rigid.
Very nice video. I've recently done something similar to this on my Sieg SX3 mill with CNCFusion conversion. I did my tool block across the table (tools are selected in the Y direction), but this video has made me think I might get more flexibility if I had a tool block along the table. Thanks for sparking some new ideas.
How about actually showing us the use of the gang tooling in action.
