  • I'd like to see some proof (in numbers) that the roto-casting is that great.

but thanks for the video, Its really well done.

  • It is said, numbers tell you more about less. In this case, it's just another good way to make cymbals. :)

  • well kinda yes but they sound almost alike but diferent and they cost more

  • It's funny, "we feel that any covering would reduce your listening and player pleasure", then they show a worker silk screening logos on them. hilarious.

  • this is a cooking show.

  • black cymbals? how? LOL

  • un lathed. its oxidation.

  • yea they sound nicer

  • come on guys on every video of cymbal brands being showed people get into a pissing contest about which brand is best. Be mature and get over it, you can't shove what you like or believe down other peoples throats.

  • Paiste fits color coats on some custom/signature cymbals, indeed, Joey Jordison´s are white coated, maybe you should try contacting Paiste directly, sending e-mails or whatever comes to your mind, your wish may come true, just don´t give up and keep looking... have a nice day!

  • UFIP = ITALIAN STYLE

  • no fucking way there playing dance cadaverous in the background.... wayne is the man!

  • paiste does coloured symbols

    [Example] Joey Jordison.

  • Paiste coated rudes and signatures is what your after, there custom order tho and 30% more than regular cymbals

  • amazing, but how much do they cost?!?

  • We are the best, also in making cymbals...

    They have a unique sound!

  • im just playin lol im sure ufip is good but i prefer zildjian

  • yea these guys dunno wut theyre doing lol

  • no UFIP is much better than Zildjian

  • why, who says, why zildjians, paiste and sabians are the most selled cymbals on "EARTH",bonham played paiste, neil peart plays sabians, deniss chambers plays zildjians, how come they dont get an ufip ones? Its because there is no better cymbals than others, there is different styles and everybody has there own preferences!

  • the reason that a heap of those big name drummers are with the big name cymbal makers is because of money. The get sponsored and get big mobs of money from paiste zildjian sabian. if ufip had big big mobs of money i bet that a whole lot more of the big name drummers would use them.

  • ok, ive called famous drummers, but also indie drummers use zildijian sabians paistes and meinl wich are the ones ive liked on my high hats, i think that every drummer has different styles and tastes, that is my opinion and money is not a thing too chose their likes!

  • yeah i take your point. but i dont agree. but thats a matter of opinion

  • That is the point. Big cymbal manufacturer have marketing departments an spend a lot of money for ads and commercials In drummer magazines you can see ads on every other page.

Small firms like UFIP don't have the money to maintain big marketing sections. And so hardly one knows them.

  • is all in the business. they get paid to use what they use usually

  • lol

  • i have never heard of this cymbal company before.

have they been around for a while?

i've read that they are so cheap what is the price range in america?

  • for me ufip are the best look and sounding cymbals on earth..totally hand made in italy.

UFIP(Unione Fabbricanti Italiani Piatti)was born in 1931,you can find more info on wikipedia.

  • i would lol if they got a bubble in the mould

  • would they really miss a 16" thin crash stolen from teh factory :(

  • NICE!!

  • no wonder they cost an arm and a leg.

  • muito interessante !

  • ufip rules! for drummers who hit hard, try the Bionic series, they are far away compared to zildjian z custom or paiste rude..

  • ehehe, but here in Italy the UFIP Cymbals are the cheapest...

  • ..and thats why it is so expensive!

  • In Italy you can find them for a low price, even cheaper than Sabian/Paiste or Zildjian.

  • GREAAT JOB!
