From what I read, in the internet somewhere, the dueling dragons will stay and will somehow be part of the Hogwarts island. I guess since it's dragons they'd figured they can fit it in with magic...idk.

It will be re-themed. They have removed the dragons at the enterance and are making way to involve it with the Harry Potter Attractions

im guessing that Dueling Dragons might close (Temporary) to reroute some track at the station because if you look at it on google earth, its to close to the wall universal built to reduce noise levels from the park.

They r not getting rid of the lost continent. What they r doing is taking the excess land from Jurrasic park and the Lost contient as well as the dueling dragons ride to make a harry potter land. They will also make a Diagon alley themed walk way going out toward the back stage area. Also they got rid of hhn at islands of adventure long before the idea of the harry potter island. It was to much of a hassel to make the after hours event strecth both parks and the clean up was hell.

Actually a big chunk of Lost continent is going away. The only things that will remain (for now) is mythous restraint, Sinbad, and Poseidon Furry. The Moroccan village will leveled and become Hogs Mead. The Fire and Ice Dragons will be demoed. Merlins (the tree) will also be demoed.
