@slowfaller ye! its nicer, but now i painted it all military green, try to check in picasaweb find for thytum picasaweb on google, now i have a klx 250 sf pretty funny one but seems like a toy :(
@turtlemann14 oh yes! always crash it ... put it to the nuts but also always took care of it ... good oil, good grease .. good tyres ... try to check this out /watch?v=niP-drn_KG8
@thytum chain sounds fucked! u should be on your 2nd/3rd chain by 47k km. you can see theres a stiff link (chains bobing) and it should sound smooth.... and tht DIDNT.
Versys is definitely a great bike, but those roads look unpredictable and impassible for street tires. Check out the reviews on the Yamaha WR250R or the friendlier Kawi KLX250S Both are fast and light bikes. They don't have the stump pulling torque of the versys nor the top end, but the experts say they are a blast to ride on and off road. The WR250R has more power and higher end components, but will cost you more.
I like to ride my Kawasaki Versys. It's a super good bike! But unfortunately at quebec we have 2 feet of snow .... I'll be able to run only in the month of April...:)
ha ha! funny vid! I'm getting one of these next month and will make sure to get some proper dualsport tires before I try to ride that kind of terrain!
its not for offroad but u can have a bit of fun with it. the wheels are really expensive like 500€ the hand barr100€ and the footpeg 50€, so have it in consideration when u have a little crash :P
how much is the gasoline and the camping fee? and wich are the best places to visit (with nature contrast's) also wich kind of food i should try?(typical food) and is dangerous travel there alone?
im going to travel this month but probably next month i will be in arround poland :)
I see you also switched the lower plastics to black from silver. makes it look better yeah? did the same on my 09 green versys
