AC 1 starts in the 1190 the time of crusades after that Altair travels to Cyprus and after that Altair travels to conquered Asia by the mongols to take the Sword of Eden from Genghis. Sooo no guys he is not Altair in fact he is Savanarola at the end who takes the apple in AC 2 Battle of Forli DLC.

For anyone that's asking, this is the DLC (Downloadable Content) for AC2 that is available on all platforms for $15 I believe. (Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong) DLC simply requires that you purchase the content and install it on your game console or PC's hard drive, no extra hardware required.
