I am by no means a Tennant fangirl, but the image of him running blindly and HAPPILY to her after being apart from her for so long, and thinking he had lost her... it's incredibly moving. Ten without Rose is a pained, angry, bitter Time Lord. Ten with Rose is almost... human.

"Proms" stands for "promenade concert." (The Proms is the informal term; the official one is The Henry Wood Promenade Concerts presented by the BBC) It used to mean a concert where, instead of sitting, people were free to walk about during performances. At the Proms the spectators mainly stand while they watch the concerts. They (the organisers) do this because it means lower ticket fees, which makes the concerts more accessible to the public, which is the whole purpose of the Proms.
