Im not a pats fan at all... but I have to respect the fact that bill is a legend.. he's mentioned in the same sentence with guys like lombardi, walsh, parcells, and brown ..  in a league with revolving door of head coaches ... he's been the leader of the pats for 10 plus years and has built a dynasty..

Always a Giant. Grew up with this guy as the DC, Parcells as the HC, and LT in his prime. Talk about being spoiled. Too bad Parcells screwed the Giants by leaving in May of 1991, otherwise we could have had someone competent coaching the team instead of Ray Handley. It should have been Belichik, but George Young didn't think he was HC material because of his lack of people skills at that time. I think he would have done a great job because he knew the personnel inside and out.
