  • Why are we not using Pico ITX more in our home computers?

  • We should have Via Nano dual cores available by now.

  • Great video, what is the name of this running software showing the weather, clock and other stuff? Thx!

  • Do someone know where to buy such one?

I've seached Google as hell and can't find a seller.

  • @itssmail English motherfucker!!! Do you speak it???

  • @disbuylshite Wazzup mother and fatherfucker?? What kind of beyatch made fucker are you??

  • @itssmail You mad brah?

  • @disbuylshite

    he mad brah

  • @itssmail VIA have only releases the EPIA PX 10000 and there won't be much point in releasing it as they have made the mobileITX (6x6 cm) but thats not available yet

  • linux + xbmc = sweet media center pc, i wonder if they'll release a kit with this one

  • lool thats cool!

  • The P720 boards are hard to come by... just a few pcs for each shipment...

  • What is the application that is being run?

    -----

    Via EPIA-P720 Pico-ITX

    EPIA-P720 I/O Card

    pico-psu

Sell the above as a kit!

  • The P720 board got onboard DC already, so don't really need the picoPSU this time. :)

  • Трайлер какого Фильма у них проигрываеться?

  • Have you considered the STB and Digital Sinage markets?

  • whats the point of pico itx? you still have to add sata drive and that makes it bigger. not to mention psu

  • you're right, we should just use standard ATX motherboards in mid towers for HTPCs

  • and in terms of volume, boards dont take much space either :P just marketing power makes us think we need smaller and smaller stuff

  • I guess you have plenty of space to play with, but how you are going to make a ultra small digital signage product with standard ATX boards?

  • sure you can, but not at that size and power consumption.

  • There are "industrial CF Cards" for storage :)

  • PSU can be a brick, and HDD can be a SSD or laptop drive, the whole thing would fit in a case about the size of a checkbook. It would also be great for in car pc!

  • @badkid32 you can get a pico-psu which is tiny - you dont need a massive brick

  • @kkyy23 you can just get a pcio-psu dumbass

  • The whole package will be very small if using the right chassis. :)

  • @kkyy23 The point of picoITX is you have a computer running torrents/emule/insert any p2p here 24/7 only hooked up to a micro SD (for OS) and a wireless stick (for LAN HD) so the PC/ Laptop can be turned on occasionaly and the rest of your day you can live a life and don't worry about your bluray torrents. And the difference in powersaving is huge comparing a weak 200w microATX powersupply to a 90w picoPSU 24/7

  • lame

  • Why are you not even using the HDMI port in this video?????

  • Price plz!

  • COST!?!?!

  • Any idea how much this would cost?

    My interest has been piqued.

  • Big deal!... my PENIS is smaller than that!

    Oh wait......

  • mmmmmmk

  • @imtigger2

    LOL!

  • Looks really interesting. It all depends on the cost. It would make a good companion to my atom 330. And by companion i mean obsolete.

  • How much will it run price wise, my beagleboard works just fine for 149 USD

  • WTF its still C7 based, i want my nano with my pico :(

  • Yeah I'm waiting for the nano powered pico boards, although the vx855 is awesome. Another 6-8 months won't hurt.

"let the flame wars commence" >> lol

  • i feel that, but ya know, the new chipset probably gives better performance for that c7.. though running nano or dual nano's would be pretty sweet in terms of power consumption and performance.

  • Its so small,so awesome

  • Tegra is ARM my friend. Not an x86, windows capable platform...world of difference my boy...

  • @VIAMKT

could you recommend a similar x86 machine that can run xp :D

  • meh

tegra is smaller and play hd so whats new ?

    let the flame wars commence
