The people have to pay through the roof for poor quality. They are taxed to the hilt. and I don't know where you got the idea that our healthcare is poor and expensive. It beats your healthcare by a factor of 10 and I don't pay that much. I pay around 120 euro a month and a get around 40 back from the gov. For that amount I get free medical care when I break my leg or if I slam my face against the wall when people make such stupid comments. The only thing they don't cover for me is the dentist, wich is a bit of a pain in the ass.

The quality is substantialy poor compared to the U.S.'s system. Also...I'm not arguing the my country is not socalist. I am aware that it went down that path along time ago which really sucks. But having said that Obama is a demgouge who will put us on the fast track to dictatorship.
