  • @T0PR4C3R press 9 continiously and repeat it again and again..

  • Kazuma been to Philippines in 2007 to shoot Energy Drink Commercial. Parkour Philippines had a chance to jam with Him.

  • Parkour is a noun. You train, you don't parkour. And yes, the American Rendezvous will be from May 24th - June 2nd, or at least that's when OKPK will be down there.

  • What does Kazuma's shoe named?

  • I don't know why but I like the sound of footsteps when I parkour.

  • @darkl0rds SAME WITH ME!!

  • too bad im fat.... sigh..

  • @Sirbigwig oi! dosnt mattr!!! u could still do parkor!!!! all u need 2 do is work out. u need to for parkor anyway... just no that its dangerous

  • @oOoShyGuy1 They're coming back to Columbus this Memorial Day Weekend.

  • I NEED PARKOUR... *_*

  • I wish they would have another trip back to Columbus. Id drive the 2H+ to get there with absolutely no hesitation :)

  • @niteoftherealm, that is in the works. Keep your eyes peeled on the Parkour Horizons website for upcoming details ;)

  • @niteoftherealm

Parkour Generations and some of the Yamakasi founders will be back in Columbus Ohio for the Memorial weekend, May28th-30th. The Parkour Horizons and Parkour Generations websites have all of the relevant information.

  • I think it's sweet (and not surprising) that Kazuma has groupies. The man is probably flattered.

If your idea of a cool guy is someone who doesn't get distracted or doesn't bother with girls, your illusion about your hero will get shattered. Kazuma is not immune to a pretty girl - and she doesn't have to be good at parkour. He is a man after all.

  • i wish you guys where in oregon im trying to learn on my own its hard

  • type in someting like 'parkour oregon' and look for someone. I bet you a lot there is at least one other traceur in oregon.

  • Adam Dunlap and Nick Bishop are two of the best out of Oregon.

  • Look up Revolution Parkour. It's where I train and I live in Oregon.

  • nice looks fun keep training

  • That part scares me so much, when i see them crawling up the hand railing, because if they slip they fall like 40 feet. They are fearless.

  • What song is this?

  • in the end it says: the duke by subrok mission

  • I can't be alone in finding Kazuma totally gorgeous. Is he married? Does anyone know? Or am I wasting my time fancying the man?

  • DAMN, get'em!

  • wat? get' em wat wt u on bout

  • Did you forget your tampons or something kid? Relax.

  • ya i did forgot my tampons wud u get it for me? dumbass y dnt u relx y coment me was i tlkn u stupid kid

  • that kind of training keeps you from getting hurt and keeps you body conditioned to do this for years

  • dosnt make it fun training, besides, you can condition at home, and thats what most traceurs do rather than spending there set free days for training doing boring training.

  • what kind of shoes do you need to do this ??

  • basically shoes with support and grip. running shoes work good. but there are shoes made specifically for this. Kswiss makes some nice ones for $90.

  • i use ariarkes, but for training its best to use shoes that have the least amount of padding.

  • It does not matter....you always need to be ready

  • Listen to this man. Trainers do not matter, i train with a guy who's worn down his shoes to the foamy bit under the rubber, he traisn in them, what matters is your beliefe in yourself and in your ability, be ready.

  • ones that you can put your feet in.

  • lol i love watching beginners first starting out

  • The music is great but this guy is only showing what he knows and puts beginners in danger. They do not have so much experience and training, but they have got will. :)

  • that was a really impressive tic tac into speed vault that student did.

  • PARKOUR FOR LIFE

  • ... słabi są ;/ ja lepiej i więcej potrafie

  • omg i wish there was this in the states

  • i dont like this Parkour is an expression of indavidualizm, its fun to hang with your Friends but If you do it like that in a Park,it takes the individualizm away and the we Become Robots ,im not trying to be irrational or" mean" so to speak im just Saying Parkour and FreeRunning Have been around to do just That FREE you-From Norms its an escape' a fantasy brought to life not a Exersize :(

  • Why can't one train for an expression of individualism? Especially with those who are incredibly experienced with the art?

How is this any different than a budding painter training with a master painter? Or a first year Kung-Fu Student studying with 40 Year Experienced Sifu?

I doubt that anyone at that gathering would say this experience homogenized the Parkour experience. If anything, it did the opposite.

  • no I Agree THats TRue, im just saying Train Alone But have fun with it with your Friends dont make it,like soccer Practice where everyone has to show up u know like ohh mann i Have to be there dont makit that youknow like a job dont mak it a job-keep it what it is-not a sport ;D-its an -Art Of Escape-not only is Parkuor' an-art of Escape "Phisically"-but its an Escape from Reality as Well-thats all im Saying, and FreeRunning as well

  • That's a valid view. I suppose this is just a difference in perspective. Parkour is my discipline, it's my Gongfu. Like any discipline or task that you wish to excel at, you must work hard.

Absolutely have fun with it, but if you're trying to progress a certain skill or your capabilities as a whole, there are points where you will have to push through discomfort, pain, doubt, etc; it takes dedication and it may not be fun for a certain period of time, but the payoff is exponentially better.

  • yes I Agree Ive Just Recently Started Doing that Conditioning and taking it Seriously,im still having fun with it :) umm what im trying to say is when everyone does it together whether it be Tricking freerunning Or Parkour then everyone just looks like robots u know ; D like,Work on the Structure and basics on your own time and when your with your friends or a big group like that just free run and have fun BE the individual you know :) thats all im Saying

  • structure is needed to be able to break free from it. or, to lead u must be able to follow, also structure or formal clases r used to insure that the basics r properly done so that safety is assured. then i'm sure that the guys would really free run.

  • That Is So tru- I was just saying I cant stand Robots-you know What I mean-I dont want FreeRunning to Start looking like Gymnastics you know-all perfect with no Style -_-

  • one of the philosophies of parkour does promote individualism. To be an individual means to be self dependent and not in need of leaders. Thats why there's no different level or status in parkour. By pursuing parkour further, we can become self-dependent in our art :)

  • well said. respect.

  • amen.

  • people are also taught how to paint yes?

  • get somwhere from point A to point B

  • what does parkour mean???

  • If this is pointless, ''bad parkour'' and/or improper way of teaching the dicipline in your opinion, I wonder how the most experienced traceurs in the world (David, Sebastien, Kazuma and so on..) have gotten so far by following the same method of training as Kazuma teaches the guys in the video.

If you start of big you loose big; at least in longterm, but If you start small you slowly improve without taking the risk of long term injuries. It's about to be and to last.

  • this is actually good

  • Just to add on. u can get paid and if u can get singed with UF that would open up so many doors kinda or like Blue the devil :D.

  • can i join??????????

  • ya there called commercials. nike is especially fond of them

  • yes u can get paid, but for a decent amount of pay it would be wise to seek a talent agent and talk with them

  • can

  • Congratulations for that amazing pack of parkour videos. It's the only way to teach newbies how to be a good traceur.

    Kazuma improoves them, it's clear.

  • ... Sadly I can't use converse to do this stuff :/

  • maaaan a good shoe for parkour costs only 25 eurw.....

  • its like a big game of follow the leader :P

  • where you get your shoes

  • if you go and buy and nice set of cross trainers that will help , they have all the support and they have really good grip. i use nike but i'm switching over to adidas.

  • watch?gl=ES&hl=es&v=0bq14b57JjQ

  • Cat walking is pretty hard

  • i know

  • i got a little trick for it you have to twist the bar with your hands it helps

  • well i was watching you guys i really am not good at parkour but i am still trying haha the flips are hard 4 me i live 10 mins from where u were

  • Nice video, nice training

  • The Name of the song??? Please

  • The Duke by Subrok Mission

  • They are learning -.- You can´t start off as an pro you know.

  • i am still out with a sprained ankle :(

  • Parkour doesn't always have to involve huge vaults and stuff, you know. Try balancing on a rail for that long and then talk. This was great parkour.

By the way, the speed vault near the end was done on an obstacle that was almost taller than the traceur who vaulted it. If that's not impressive, I don't know what is.

  • traceurs ... ?

  • the name of the song ???

  • He's the nicest (French?) guy I have ever seen...

  • This stuff is awesome. I really need to find a training ground now.

  • The best thing to do is go into town and just start running. Almost any obstacle can be used for it.

  • Indeed, just be carefull of what lies behind.

  • It's far more important than football or soccer or any other sport out there. This one's actually useful. And besides. Who are you to come onto one of these videos and bash on something you couldn't even do to save your life? That's exactly the point... Way back when, mankind used to do this kind of stuff without even thinking. Nowadays, people have forgotten this technique of movement since we're all lazy. It's a means of staying fit and having fun whilst doing so. You need to get a life, bud.

  • Well honestly, you need to learn to spell first and teach yourself proper grammar before attempting to insult someone. And you're damn right I take pride in practicing this stuff. I hope to get really well at this sport. I hope to be one of the best and I'm willing to do the work to get there. I'll be fit, strong, healthy... While you... Sit on youtube all day insulting people cause you can't do what they do? I want to be just like you when I grow up. ^_^

  • KighaHex.....you freakin' inspire me :)

    XD

  • Haha thanks. xD :P

    Glad to be of service.

  • Nice KighaHex you tell him. BTW ANYONE IN LB WHO PRACTICES FREE RUNNING? not Parkour. Free Running! Meet me at De Forest Park, Long Beach, CA. from Monday-Saturday from 10:30am-3:00pm I practice solo. But I am currently part of Urban FreeFlow

  • ???

Are the two really that mutually exclusive?

...I mean, AS IF you'd be able to tell the difference off the bat from just watching someone...

  • I think I can

  • Well, I take great pride in being gay, but that's completely separate from my desire to be able to move like that. The strength, control, and pure focus necessary to do it is insane.

I'm sorry if you've lost the joy of life and of doing things that are difficult and fun, just because they are difficult and fun. I hope you find some other joy in your life.

  • his accent is so funny but his had such a amasing super hyper talent

  • ok auser das bei 3:50 zu kleine beine XD

  • lol das kann ich alles

  • better than the guy who is teaching them :D

  • David and Sebastian is better :D

  • "Pro PK against competition"

  • kuzuma is the best!!

  • noc

  • haha haha haha

    no saben aser parkour

  • Where in Ohio was this filmed?

  • they suck at the blanced walking on that ridge xD

  • if you have stephan vigroux as trainer, you'll have the best training

  • not for people with poor hearing :)

  • haha i wonder if anyone fell into the water.

  • kazuma has no balance

  • why d'you say that?

  • because when he is tryin to stand on that pole it takes him forever to get balanced and not being cocky but i could have got balanced as soon as i got on

  • haha weeeell, i guess everybody has pros and cons so whatever, anyway at least i don't see he takes forever to balance, imo i think he rocks even more because he balances slowly and then dismounts to repeat, and the rest of the guys when trying just stay for like half a second and then falls to the dismount, so maybe it's the bar instead

  • maybe so i geuss were both right

  • I think he might be exaggerating his balancing when he's standing so that the following traceurs will be careful

  • Me deu sono...muito devagar...video longo e completamente sem emoção...

por pouco não dormi...Americano não nasceu pra Parkour...afinal, pra tudo usam dublês...hehe

  • damn training parkour with that many people would be fun :) nice vid

  • i reckon

  • is he using airmax?

  • my frend was telling me swiming is only good if you want to work on alot of difrent mucles, but all the mucles are working to gether reducing the amount of it you gain, so he said do track and go on the throing team, becouse they lift waits and there are profeshinals with you to tell you wut you are dooing wrong

  • Look guys i aint doing parkour, but i saw a lot from these training videos. And i think if u go out to your garden u can practise these moves there too.But if u live in city make a band. For example with your friends and do it together cause it is dangerous too and u can carry to each other.

  • i started parkour when i was 13, i was pretty much in the same situation as you, a white boy in a ghetto neighborhood doesnt lead to anything great anyway theres lots of tutorials on vaults and stuff preferably urbancurrent's channel, i was a skinny nerd stick when i first started so the first thing i did was work out constantly and definitely paid off, im 14 now

  • Hey, does anyone have a work out/training plan for someone who wants to do Parkour? I'm really interested but I'm not sure what I should be doing.

  • Start by swimming, very good for cardio vascular and muscular. swimming is very underrated by ALOT of tracers. Do 100m of brass or butterfly, wtv you are comfortable with.

  • are you talking seriously?

  • Yes. This is Parkour, it has to be serious.

Im telling you, anybody can pick up weights and become ripped and strong. But swimming is VERY good, atleast 2-3 times a week. You will see that its not easy to do a combination of 2 or 3 vaults, one after the other, while continuing to run after. You'll see, try it.

Swimming will give you faster regeneration.

  • thanks

    i'll try it

  • dont swim, do conditioning work and build your muscle, especially legs, then once you are strong enough start work on stamina by running, start out at slow jog for maybe 1km, and build up speed as you get fitter, not distance, once you can runn it fast then build up the distance. finaly try joining a team but if not watch tutorials or even just videos of people doing pk and then try moves 1 at a time, train that move until its easy then move on to the next one. hope ive helped :)

  • Would Tabi shows help in PK or can you think of any other types that might be good for a Noob like me?

  • Shoes. sorry

  • @loki100us

    dont worry about shoes :)

try to get shoes with okay grip, and good flexibility

    try to get runnign shoes

  • depends where you live, if you live in england go for kalenji's soon, because the only store that stocks them, decathlon, is discontinuing them, they only cost 12quid so go for them and get a few pairs. if you live anywhere else go for either inov-8's, any model, five-ten freerunners, nike pegasus or merrel's, all of them have good grip and most are pretty durable, but if you live in england get a few pairs of kalenji's
