my brother made fun of godzilla before, im an eoic fan, how am i going to get these awesome 28 mobies without being emberassed?, he doesnt even know that im a fan
lie alot? They created the series, it's their canon. Besides, it would make so much sense in why Godzilla never really dies? If you ever seen G against MG, they specifically said there were two godzillas and that MG3(Kyru) is in fact, built upon the bones of the first godzilla
@J1A8son They didn't disintegrate godzilla's bones, his bones were just buried, and the japs that killed godzilla came back to take his bones.if you watch godzillathon #27 the narrator said that "Godzilla vs Mechagodzilla was a reboot to the series ignoring all previous installments except for the original. What did feel like the first one was gold and the rest were all a load of sh!t?"
@MultiKen18 Yeah James Rolfe or the AVGN I've watched it before I'm just saying from the looks of this clip those bones are disintegrated also it dosen't help that earlier in the movie we see some fish die from the oxygen destroyer and their bodies dissapear to ugh i'm putting too much thought in to this lol
When godzilla vs destroyah came out the Japanese did a worldwide spread of there monster Godzilla's death. in the US GvD was on sci-fi channel since I rembered as a kid
there are actualy three godzillas. this one is the first. the second is the hesie godzilla. the last is the one at the end of godzilla vs destroyah which turns into the final wars godzilla.
it goes Godzilla 1954. then Godzilla 1985-1995 which is the hesie Godzilla was created after the first. then Godzilla jr. in Godzilla vs Desteroyah becomes the Final Wars Godzilla. they acted like all the movies between 1954 and 1985 never existed and the movies between Godzilla vs Desteroyah to Godzilla Final Wars were just movies.
Yes, But Godzilla final wars is a stand alone film, it kinda twists the story of the first one. This Godzilla in Final wars isnt junior. If you want proof.
"Ive done it before, I was on the Gotengo, I shot that missile"
Notice how the guy is like in his earlier twenties in the flashback? This is because that battle with Godzilla in the beggining takes place in "1966" which means Godzilla vs Destroyah wouldnt have even happened yet. Godzilla remains frozen untill 2004.
There are actually 8 or 9 different Godzilla's, actually.
The first one was the original movie, and was killed by the Oxygen Destroyer.
The second one was discovered in Godzilla Raids Again, and would be Godzilla for the entirety of the Showa era, last appearance being the Terror of MechaGodzilla.
A third Godzilla would appear in Godzilla 1985, a film that would ignore all previous films in the series except for the first. This Godzilla would appear in all the films throughout the Heisei era. Well, sorta. I mean, unless if we counted Godzilla vs. King Ghidorah in the mix we might have four, the time travel paradoxes made my head hurt in that movie so I'll ignore it and just say there are three Godzilla's at this point.
In Godzilla vs. Destroyah, the third Godzilla dies after his big meltdown, but it is seen that Godzilla Junior absorbed his father's radiation and matures into a fullsized Godzilla, making it four. In Godzilla 2000, the series is once again resets, ignoring all previous films except for the original. Despite popular belief, the fifth Godzilla seen in Godzilla 2000 isn't Junior.
Then things start to get confusing from here on. in G vs. Megaguirus, the continuity is once again reset. The sixth Godzilla may or may not be the original, since in this continuity apparently the Oxygen Destroyer wasn't used to kill the original Godzilla. I'd still consider them separate just because of this distinction. GMK was also another reboot, the seventh Godzilla being more mythical then the others, which also may or may not be a reincarnation of the original Godzilla.
GAM is AGAIN another retcon, the eighth Godzilla however has the unique privilege to go eye to eye with his father, the original 1954 Godzilla. Not in the flesh, but resurrected in the form of a MechaGodzilla known as Kiryu, which uses the skeleton of the original Godzilla as it's structure, as well as it's soul. These two would both appear in the next film which would actually be a direct sequel, Tokyo SOS.
The ninth and current Godzilla is from Godzilla: Final Wars. Once again, Godzilla: Final Wars revamped the story of the series, ignoring all previous films except for the first, though it is certainly full of homages from previous films. So yeah, that is nine Godzillas, possibly ten if you consider the Godzilla created in G vs. KG a different Godzilla from the prior films in the Heisei series.
thats a common mistake, Godzilla Final wars stands on its own, though it can be called a sequel to the original only.
I don't wanna go through this again, theres direct proof that The Heisei Series isnt related to Final Wars. People just think that because they see back and forth Junior and Godzilla.
no its not, it clearly states he was much younger, youd have to be a retard not to see it. He's like mid fifties in final wars, and then he's like early twenties in the flashback.
Final Wars is not related to Destoroyah, join a couple of Godzilla sites, look it up on the internet.
Trust me, me and Neo know much more about Godzilla. Your either a Troll or uninformed, or just plain dumb.
you obviously dont know what your talking about. I know Godzilla, if your bro really knows him, he'd know this. GODZILLA FINAL WARS IS NOT JUNIOR!!!!!!!!!! go to any godzilla site and ask, look up the subject "junior is final wars godzilla?" everyone will tell you "NO!" because theyre not the same, just because they appear back and forth via Stock footage, does not mean theyre the same Godzilla.
Dude, you don't know what your talking about. Your just assuming all this. The guy is right. Most of these series are not connected. The millenium series is NOT connected to the Heisei series. I wish it were, but its not...
If you actually saw the Millenium movies, you would see that there is usually an origin story. I mean half of the movies in THAT series weren't even connected. G2000 was not connected to the one after it, and same with the next.
Only Godzilla vs Mechagodzilla 3 was connected with Godzilla, Mothra, Mechagodzilla tokyo sos.
All of the movies are connected with the Original movie.
Venomshock is dead on. This is all fact. Just watche the movies and you'll see. And no, Final wars Godzilla is NOT junior, from what the story tells. I mean, he was FROZEN in ice for decades before they released him. Junior became full grown only a decade ago...
Godzilla 84 rebooted the character, as did most of the millenium movies...
@SlyCooper490 Godzilla 2000 Godzilla 2001 and Godzilla 2002/2003 aren't junior either Compare the spines between Godzilla Junior and Godzill 2004 THEY'RE THE SAME THING
They spell it out too. "I've done it before...I was on the gotengo...I SHOT that missiel"
in the flashback the guy is much younger, it was supposed to take place sometime in the 1970's or late 1960's. But even then, when you see him so young, its kind of a no brainer.
But yeah, same here, I even knew Zilla wasn't godzilla when I saw that movie, I was constantly pestering my parents about when Godzilla would show, I found out the truth in the tunnel scene...:(
Yea but yet, my older bro (who is 18) knows tons, he has many godzilla books, all movies, many of the figures(including that i have many too) and ive been to some of the gfests (i was in 1 costume contest, i was spacegodzilla ^^) but it would be cool if it went 1954, hesei, then showa movies, then final wars. that would be a good story line
I'm not entirely sure what your saying, its barely english. But I think I know what you mean. And I don't need to be told how to perceive godzilla movies. I have all of them, I've been a godzilla fan for 20+ years. I know which ones are different than the others.
If you could be more specific about what you mean, it would be greatly appreciated...
yeah remember zerrijawa (or how ever you spell it) used the oxygen destroyer guessing by the name obviously destroys oxygen and no oxygen means you die why he turned into a skeleton and disappeared i dont know
It wasn't Desintigrated It just lost it's oxygen and died than it's body was drowned underwater. Probably it was pregnant or something than the baby survived maybe.
Nothing can kill the King of the Monsters!

Join a Godzilla site and talk to the people who know how it really goes, and learn from them/Teach others you will know.
The Three Godzilla series
Showa=Gojira to Terror of MechaGodzilla
Heisei=Godzilla 1984 to Godzilla vs Destroyah
Shinsei= Godzilla 2000 to Godzilla final wars
none of these series are related to each other, cept for the original Godzilla, to which almost all of them are linked.
Not all Godzilla movies are connected, lots o reboots (g84,most of shinsei series)
