yeah the m16 was taken out so were a lot of perks there are only 16 perks now and the multiple attachments is called bling, but you can upgrade your perks by completing challenges which is awesome and there are 10 attachments for assault rifles alone and red dots for pistols

the difference is you have stopping power and if you use the perk a lot if will upgrade to stopping power pro and who knows what happens after that but it sounds really cool

Things I've heard: M16 has been replaced. And I've heard nothing about the M4 or M4A The only guns I can think of off the top of my head are P90 and M9 Pistol a variation of the Deagle. (Possibly a baby deagle) Possibly the Saw. Barrett. a few variations of the Mp5 including the Mp9 and the Mp6 I believe.

Actually I don't know how people get there info but things change dude. I'm pretty sure the perks names have changed in the course of the year since this video came out and so have a few weapons that where in the game (The M16 was taken out but was in there at one time) The effects of the perks tactility and decoy are defintly in the game. Not sure about Ghilly suite.
