neddie58 2 years ago
use apple cider, or freshly squeezed apple juice if you like.
any broth would do, however I have never tried that. I always have beer around LOL....

Great video Dan!!! I will definitely try it, I truly doubt I'll find the beer but any beer should do it.
Can you please tell me which side of the foil goes in, I couldn't hear it. Thanks Dan, and keep us posted with more of your fabulous recipes.

Dan, I noticed you used a cast-iron pan on your glass top range...what is the higest degree you can cook with without causing glass breakage? THANX
DappleDen 2 years ago
Diva Dan doesn't know the answer to this. He has had his Cast Iron Pan forever and has it on the highest settings for long periods of time.
My guess is this... JUST A GUESS... if it was prone to crack... I think they wouldn't be readily available due to safety issues...
But now you have DD thinking ... maybe it's not such a great idea!
mikeyssmail 2 years ago
I have used the same pan on a glass top at high temps for long periods of time. No it will not crack..
