@Mediceo They're not midgets. Their size is due to their age and species. Youkai, such as vampires, live longer and as a result would take longer to grow. Otherwise they would grow to be thousands of times larger than humans or would stop growing while they're still very young. You wouldn't want them to be daidarabocchi, would you?
