The Niners are a West Coast Offense team, just look at our receivers, and the best WCO QB in the team is Shaun Hill, he should have been starter since day one, he's also tough as nails.
i agree about singletary but next year, the niners will not be a west coast offence team at all. we will most likely play like san diego a lot. Aggressive very good Defence, dominant run game, pretty good QB and very good Tight End. Not the greatest wide outs but good enough to get the job done. With the cardinals collapse we will reign over the NFL again. and prove why we r the greatest franchise in the history of sports

It's not Alex Smith's fault that he's had 4 different offensive coordinators in 4 years. If Norv didn't bolt after Alex's 2nd year I think the 9ers O would have been badass last year. Instead we were stuck with a guy who ran a B&B before last season. I say give Smith a chance as long as Martz doesn't bolt after the year, & you might be surprised.

yeah ok that may be so, we have all done odd jobs here and there before we found our careers, I bet in High School he worked in a Mcdonalds, so why not say we had a burger flipper as a Offensive co? He had been assistant coach, QB coach, line coach, for about 3 different teams, and you are going to acredit him with running a B&B, also go look at your first quote "Instead we were stuck with a guy who ran a B&B before last season." The "last season" he was our QB coach.

i think if we have a good season, then mike martz would stay. i once heard him say that coming to the 49ers wasnt a challenge, its an opportunity. he knows this team has a chance of winning the division and i dont think he would have came HERE if he thought any different. we already have a running game and his syle is pass happy.if you add in the fact that we have probowl RB,a hall of fame Wr and a freak TE, then the sky is the limit....

ive been a niner fan my whole life born in santa rosa about 50 miles north of san francisco and this year they have the most young talent ive seen on a foot ball team in years, but they have the hardest schedule in the nfl they play the patriots the giants the cowboys the eagles and the saints this season so i just hope that theyll just win 7 or 8 games this year.
yea i am a dallas cowboys fan but the other day i did my prediction on paper and the nfc title game was cowboys vs 49ers so thats how good i think you are plus i live in california and some people in my family are niners fans. some people just do not realize how much talent you have signed this offseason and how good you will be.
