Hello, can you watch my main video. Its headed as a test video. Its a recording of a Palestinian and an Israeli soldier. The Muslim call to prayer is too loud and its difficult to make out whats being said.

Can Audacity distinguish between the two and allow me to tone down the call to prayer?

you may be able too but first you need an mp3 of the people talking. then you could import it and mess with the little gain control )the little + and - thing when you record something). now that i think about it, probably not because the noise your talking about was made by the mic being too close to the talker and it is probably just s distorted recording. sorry don't think i can help.

hey man you could always consider annotations. just use those and you can just simply write what the person said and make that appear when he says it. check out the annotations from youtube. you probably know what they are.

ok. Qhat you have to do is when u click "export as mp3", it tells you to find the LAME directory. Find "lame_enc.dll". click on that and it should export it as an mp3. is that your question?

heya wen u download the LAME, it isnt a 'Zip' file so wont download it stays as a compressed file and it wont work

yes i can. OK save the file you download to your desktop. that's all you have to do with it. Open audacity, make your song or whatever and go to file->export as mp3 and it will tell you to find the LAME thing. find the compressed file and find in it somewhere, lame_enc.dll and double click on it. then it should work. good luck
